About Sophie Scholl

Sophie Scholl (1921-1943) may have seemed like a normal girl, but her political attitude was what made her famous. Through the years, she developed a strong criticism towards the Nazi Party, having once been a part of the “League of German Girls” herself. At a very young age, she and her brother Hans became anti-Nazi political activists. They were both executed for high treason after having been found distributing anti-war leaflets.
